What type of water should i bring on a hike?

You’ll need an insulated water bottle that you fill with hot water at the start of your hike. When it snows or is really cold, you also need a water bottle with a huge lid that you can easily remove with gloves on. Whatever you use for water purification or filtration, you must take the time to read the instructions and make sure you understand how to use it, how to care for it, and how to properly store it before hiking. Peeing on a hike is normal, and you shouldn’t be ashamed to ask your friends to let you take a bio break on a hike. Water requirements vary depending on your body weight, but in general, try to drink ~ 1 liter (~1 liter) per two hours of hiking.
